The Province of Ravenna is the ideal place to rediscover yourself and your physical wellbeing thanks to the presence of two protected natural areas: the Po Delta Regional Park and the Vena del Gesso romagnola Regional Park.
In both zones you will find a large variety of natural elements and local fauna. They are ideal places to strengthen oneself throughout the year. A multitude of paths are traced in the green pinewoods and wetlands, a real paradise for those who love naturalist tourism, bird watching, biking and walking. The same activities can be practiced in the hills, which are excellent travel destinations, even in autumn. Here, marked and non-marked paths lead the tourist towards the discovery of hills and woods surrounded by a various and luxuriant landscape.
Wellness on the beach
Among the various options of wellness offered by the Province of Ravenna, it is possible to take advantage of and live the beach, whose 50 km of coastline are equipped with bathing establishments.
Besides the relaxation therapies at the bathing establishments and at the public beach, the coast offers the Beaches of Ravenna and Cervia Milano-Marittima, in order to ensure a pleasant holiday to both families with children and sports lovers who can try various disciplines.
The possibilities range from kite-surfing to beach tennis, from volleyball to basketball, with a large program of sports initiatives completing the tourist package of the area.
