Do you love biking? From the simplest bikes to the most sophisticated MTBs, a land ready to satisfy every need. We mapped, described, and collected more than 20 itineraries in a special guide that includes GPS routes and a road book.
You can take your bike from home, many of our enthusiast friends do it regularly, or you can rent one locally or use the ones offered by tourist facilities.
A well-developed network of paths will connect you, along an even landscape dominated by green fields and blue rivers and canals, from north to south and from east to west. You will be able to bike along the Great River‘s bank, the "Destra Po" – a route included in the Eurovelo 8 track – connecting to major cities such as Ravenna, Bologna, Mantua and Venice, or wander through the cobbled historical streets of Ferrara downtown, or along the city's great Renaissance walls and yet again between parish churches, valleys, rural landscapes, reclaimed lands, rationalist architecture, elegant Art Nouveau buildings, pine forests and the vast Mesola woods. Everyday opens up before your eyes and under your wheels with a new landscape. It is up to you to choose in which setting to spend your day.
