Bird watching
An extreme sport is practiced in Ferrara: bird watching
It is an extreme sport because we are no longer used to get up at the crack of dawn simply to admire the heron's flight; because we do not know how to use the tools – essential for this sport – such as binoculars and telescopes; because we do not know how to dress in order to be undetectable and walk stealthily, listening to the imperceptible sounds of nature and above all because we do not know how to move in the space that surrounds us without feeling its masters. Bird watching trains us in all of this. The hotspots where to practice bird watching range from Goro to Comacchio up to Argenta, Ostellato, Portomaggiore and Ferrara.
The senses involved: first of all sight and hearing, but also smell and touch.
The means of transportation: canoes, bikes, boats, but above all our legs.
The species that can amaze us and surprise us are countless, at least 320.
The only post training "side effects" will be the astonishment for what you will see and for what you will learn to recognize.
