Cervia - Milano Marittima - Pinarella - Tagliata
Cervia, an ancient Salt City, along with the hamlets of Milano Marittima, Pinarella and Tagliata, is today one of the most renowned Italian tourist centers.
With more than 9 kilometers of fine sandy beaches and shallow waters, Cervia is particularly suitable for the vacation of families with children.
Enveloped in more than 300 hectares of pine forest and 827 hectares of Salt mines, Cervia represents a naturalistic oasis jewel.
The salt mine, located at the South Station of the Delta Po Park, very appreciated by nature and bird watching enthusiasts, allows observing flamingos, herons and stilt-birds.
The secular pine forest constitutes a marvelous green space, ideal for walking, for biking and jogging, or simply for enjoying fresh air and relaxation.
The Natural Park, with its 27 hectares, is home to several animal species and a variety of plants and it is the ideal place where to spend hours in absolute quiet and tranquility.
The green spaces dedicated to children, featuring well-equipped playgrounds, are many.
Unica nel suo genere la mostra a cielo aperto, realizzata in occasione dell'evento
The outdoor exhibition created on occasion of the Cervia City Garden's event, with the flowerbeds and gardens designed by landscape artists from all over Europe, is truly unique.
The Butterflies House is certainly worth of a visit, a 500 sq. m. greenhouse hosting the fantastic flight of hundreds of tropical butterflies.
The vast wealth of green spaces and tourist development in balance with the environment granted the city an EMAS award and since 1998 the highly prized Blue Flag recognition.
